   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the course start date. Refunds are only applicable for courses not yet commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Items
   • Fees for materials, administrative costs, and partial course completion are non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
   • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Course Cancellation
   • If GalNGan Neet Jee Academy cancels a course, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled participants.
