At GalNGan Neet Jee Academy (GnGNeetJee.com), an Unit of GalNGan Services Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds.

• Eligibility for Transfer:
  No Transfer of course is allowed within a student Id and one student to another Student at any time. However Refund requests could be made within 7 days of the course Registered date in such scenarios, Refunds are only applicable for courses not yet commenced.
• Process for Refund Requests:
  To request a refund, contact our customer service team at contact@gngneetjee.com, Include your enrolment details and reason for the request.
• Non-Refundable Items:
  Fees for materials, administrative costs, and partial course completion are non-refundable.
• Processing Time:
  Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  Course Cancellation
  If GalNGan Neet Jee Academy cancels a course, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled participants.
  Amendments
  We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
